Ok to sit in but don’t bother ordering from. Staff always forget to pack items and then you’re left having to fight with uber eats for a refund.

After the renovation, it is actually up a notch in the store. However, the food downgraded for a lot as it is not salty anymore with the fries, it tastes like paper. And the chicken selects are not as crunchy as the one that I had in the McDonald’s in Waverley.

Not recommended! Toilets are so awful smell and dirty! Fries taste awful. Looks like it was fried in very old oil. Burgers were good.

Used to be a pretty good McDonald’s. Started going downhill a few months ago, and since reopening after a refurb it’s absolutely dire
Order wrong 90% of the time, and you’ll probably be waiting 20 minutes to get it

Got home after ordering 3 things, my katsu wrap was missing and my sharebox didn’t have the right amount of chicken inside, (clearly ran out of selects and thought it would be okay to completely miss part of the order and send another incomplete). Place was empty so no excuses, just lazy staff who can’t count, would’ve rated food higher if I actually got it. Also atmosphere is so low as there was a person sleeping in the premises in a musty sleeping bag.

Store manager has a awful attitude, I went to pay for my order at the till and instead of asking me what order number I am or asking what id like to order she gives me the dirtiest look imaginable and rudely gestures towards the register with her hand out. I don’t care how awful your day was or what kind of establishment you work at, there’s no need to treat other people like that. Ordered no lettuce on my burger and it takes 10 minutes to be made and comes with lettuce.

Swung by McDonald’s drive thru for some scran after a long day wandering and puppy training with my wee guy in city. The staff serving were so lovely, and the manager lady who took our order was so helpful and went the extra mile when we least expected it and really topped off our day. Thank you Millie the manager! Very rude staff. Food greasy, even for a McDonald's this place is settling new standards in how bad fast food takeaway can be, Since reopening after a refurbishment the place has managed to go even further downhill, staff ignore you the food is cold and even greaser than before. I made the mistake of thinking things might have improved

Order no.8309 sat 28th Informed at 8.10 delivery on it's way then another stating a delay but will be delivered at8.15 then another stating delivery 8.25 eventually delivery 8.35 food was cold not warm but cold disgraceful and very disappointed as a regular user (ex)
